|
HIGHS
SUV-like passenger compartment combined with pickup-truck cargo capacity; posh interior; flashier than its predecessor. |
|
LOWS
Heavy, hard to maneuver, horrendous gas mileage, a Cadillac pickup truck? |
|
| |
WHAT'S NEW
Redesigned for 2007; no major changes for 2008. |
|
BEHIND THE WHEEL
Reasonably precise steering and readable brakes make it less trucklike than before. |

CAPSULE REVIEW
The EXT is the strange union of the Escalade SUV and Chevy Avalanche pickup. That means it has the fold-down Midgate that allows cargo flexibility. But it tows less than the Chevy and has less people space than the Caddy SUV. We think it’s one of the most ridiculous vehicles for sale. |
