Highs
Beautiful styling inside and out, excellent brakes, high-quality interior materials.
Lows
Quattro versions handle like a front-wheel-drive car at the absolute limit, 3.2 version not much faster than 2.0T.
What's New
Redesigned for 2008 with a new chassis, new looks, and a new 2.0-liter turbo four.
Behind The Wheel
The sharp steering, composed ride, and good acceleration make the TT roadster a true sports car.
Capsule Review
The open-air TT loses the tiny rear seats from the coupe but gains unlimited headroom. The 2.0T comes in front-wheel-drive only, and the 3.2 is all-wheel-drive. Both variants are vastly more capable and fun to drive than the old TT. Optional magnetic ride dampers are worth the price.
